Shipping

COVID-19 update: We will continue to ship online orders as usual and follow USPS operating schedules. 

Our inventory is located in California, and ships Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1 PM Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the next day.

Our preferred shipping method is USPS First Class Mail (3 to 5 business days). USPS Priority Mail service (1 to 3 business days) is also available for an extra cost.  

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days after orders are received. Please contact us to receive a return authorization number. Returns without a return authorization number will refused and returned to sender.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost. The returned item must be brand new and unused. Once we receive the returned item, refund will be issued in the same form payment was received minus the shipping charge (USPS has that). There is 15% restocking fee, however we almost never charge restocking fee for legit customers. It’s reserved for those who take advantage of the system.

Defective Items

We take every effort to ensure and inspect everything we send out is well and in working condition. However, if you believe the item you received is defective, please contact us immediately. Bad products do not represent us.

Exchanges

Please contact us if you wish to exchange your new and unused item you just received for something different. We do not charge restocking fee for this but additional shipping charge may apply.

Legal Stuff

Please check your local laws and regulations regard to knives, by purchasing from us you assume the responsibility for following such laws and regulations. Switchblade: No sales to California or any other State where prohibited. All items listed and displayed are for editorial purpose, and does not represent an offer to sell in location where the possession, sale or display is illegal. Actual buyer must adhere to all Federal, State and Local laws when purchasing knives. 

U.S. Federal law prohibits shipment of automatic knives across state lines, with the following exceptions:

• (1) to civilian or Armed Forces supply or procurement officers and employees of the Federal Government ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in connection with the activities of the Federal Government;
• (2) to supply or procurement officers of the National Guard, the Air National guard, or militia of a state, territory or the District of Columbia ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in the connection with the activities of such organization;
• (3) to supply or procurement officers or employees of the municipal government of the District of Columbia or the government of any State or Territory, or any county, city or other political subdivision of a State or Territory;
• (4) to manufacturers of such knives or bona fide dealers therein in connection with any shipment made pursuant of an order from any person designated in paragraphs (1), (2), and (3).
